Browser smoke test
This page runs the browser build in your own browser, right now. It loads
/knitting.js, imports a task module that uses both task() and importTask(),
starts one-thread pools, and puts real calls through each of them.
The check runs on its own when the page loads. For what the build can and cannot do, read Browser.
Browser smoke test
Run a real worker round-trip
This loads the browser bundle, runs both a direct `task()` check and an `importTask()` check, then prints the result or the startup error.

When it fails
Section titled “When it fails”crossOriginIsolated: false means the page did not receive
Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy: same-origin and Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy: require-corp. Without those headers the browser withholds SharedArrayBuffer, and no
pool can start. This site sends both through public/_headers.
Unable to determine caller file means the task module never called
setModuleUrl(import.meta.url). Knitting finds a task’s module by reading the call
stack, which needs Error.prepareStackTrace, a V8 feature. Expect this failure in
Firefox and Safari.
Both are covered in more detail on the Browser page.
